Swak BPO

Swak BPO is a business process outsourcing company based in the Philippines . Our main objective was to use this brand to attract educated college students to fulfill the outsourcing needs of StaffBoom clientele. Starting off as an in-office joke, we talked about creating “the Google of the Philippines.” This evolved into the spirit that inspired me to develop a brand and drive a business model that would fit our progressive college audience. In a severely economically oppressed area competitive pay with enticing incentives, transportation arrangements, sleeping rooms and daily fresh fruit became the result of the vision. I arranged career fairs and developed an exceptionally interactive FaceBook presence. I will never forget receiving a call from the COO informing me that the first campaign was so successful that a line of applicants wrapped around the building and the gate guards to the facility were getting upset at the volume of candidates that were eager for the opportunity.
